Happy Monday, y’all! So I am now entering week two of my marathon training.  I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned it before but I registered for my very first full marathon.  Ryan and I will be running in the Walt Disney World Marathon in January of 2018.  I am so insanely excited and so I began a 30 week training program from Hal Higdon. Hello! [adToAppearHere] So this past week was my first official week of marathon training.  Let me tell you something…getting back into running after hitting a rut for a while is not easy.  However, I’m taking it in stride (pun intended haha).  It definitely wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be but it definitely wasn’t easy. Training Your Dog To Be Your Running Partner

Hi guys! I mentioned in my Quarterly Goals post that as a fitness goal, I was going to start running more and the one thing I want to implement is training Chandler to be my running partner.  I’ve run with him a few times and he’s actually quite a good running buddy! So I wanted to get on today and share how you can train your dog to be your own personal running buddy too! [adToAppearHere] So to start, I wanted to equip you with a couple of warnings or things to consider before you decide to get your pup into running.  As much as exercise is great for dogs…
