Happy Wednesday, my friends!
It is officially my first day of summer vacation and we are kicking it off right in ORLANDO! We’re here for #BlogHer17 and I am so stinking excited!! Eeeeekkkk!
Today, I wanted to share some of my very favorite fitness products with you. These are products that I’ve been using for a good while now so they are tried and true!

I think it’s appropriate to begin with what I consider the most important element, the key to success in my opinion: shoes.
Trust me when I say that I’ve tested many, many running shoes…far more than one person should ever have to test out. I was wearing Nike, then I tried out Brooks. I chanced on a pair of New Balance in Florida and LOVED them (still do) and then I strayed and tried out several pairs of Adidas before finally going back to New Balance.
The New Balance Women’s 520v3 Running Shoe is my go-to and if New Balance ever discontinues them, I’ll seriously just cry because these babies are the best for my wonky running self (I pronate when I run but supinate when I walk…who does that?).
My next favorite is KT TAPE Original Cotton Elastic Kinesiology Therapeutic Sports Tape. While I’ve been in the process of training to run faster, I’ve gotten shin splints, calf pain, knee pain and a whole mess of other pain. In turn, KT tape has been a serious life-saver for me! Just yesterday, my shin splints were hurting me and I put KT tape strategically where the pain was and almost immediately I felt the difference and the pain was no longer there. I’ve just seen so many amazing benefits from using KT tape and for me, it’s an essential!
PR SOLES Recovery Sandals are another favorite of mine. I read about these in an article on run recovery on Pinterest and I decided to take a leap and buy them at the start of this year. I am in loveeee you guys! After a run, I will put on my compression socks and slip these babies on and my legs recover so much more quickly. Maybe it’s psychological but I stand behind these bad boys. They’re not super fashion forward but if they help, they help, right?
Anker SoundBuds Slim Wireless Headphones are my jammmmmm, you guys. I recently treated myself to these after my last half marathon because my other ones were old and finally kicked the bucket and I have been nothing but happy. Wireless headphones are seriously a must for me. Between running and lifting, these bad boys are loyal!
Speaking of lifting…since I mentioned my favorite running shoe, I couldn’t NOT mention my favorite gym shoe. The New Balance Women’s WT10V4 are amazing. They’re a minimal shoe and in the gym, I really like that I feel grounded when I’m doing deadlifts or barbell squats. These shoes are super comfy and they hold up to all kinds of stuff!
So there you have it, my top five fitness must-haves!
