If you’ve been following along with my posts as of late, or if you follow me on instagram, you know that Ryan and I will be welcoming a baby into our little family in August! We are so super excited and already can’t wait for this little one to get here!
I’m still pretty early on in my pregnancy (14 weeks this week) but I’ve read a few posts and tips that say it’s really never too early to buy maternity clothes. Especially clothes that will last you all the way through your pregnancy and well into postpartum. Beyond that, I’m one of those weirdos that is actually really stoked to wear maternity clothes sooooo. Anyway, with that being said, today I’m really excited to be teaming up with an amazing maternity clothing brand, PinkBlush Maternity.
As many of you know, my husband Ryan and I are big runners and we really enjoy working out. Just because I’m pregnant, none of that has to change! At some point I will need to modify what I’m doing, however, it’s perfectly safe for me to continue staying active throughout my pregnancy. My first trimester I really was not up for running or working out at all with the nausea and morning sickness however, once I got into my second trimester, I started feeling better and have my energy back and I’m so happy to be back to working out! In fact, I’ve been doing this 14 day pregnancy workout challenge and loving it!
So, with that being said, when PinkBlush contacted me, allowing me to chose an item of clothing, I knew exactly the post I wanted to write and I choose a pair of super cute maternity leggings.
Y’all…when I tell you mamas -to-be that you need these leggings in your life…you NEED these leggings in your life! Even though I’m only showing the tiniest bit, these are still so comfy and amazing! Because they have that full front panel, I don’ have to worry about hiking them up constantly like you often have to do with regular non-maternity leggings which is a serious bonus for me. (On a side note, I would recommend buying a size up. I ordered a size small and I really wish I would have ordered the medium because they are just a slight touch too small. Not uncomfortable or anything like that but still just a touch too small.) The thing that I love most about this full panel though is that, like I said since I don’t really have a belly right now, it’s not actually super obvious that these are maternity leggings. They just look high waisted which I really love.
These are so stylish and cute and I love the little mesh accents on the sides! The plain black looks good with just about any top and the tops I’ve been pairing it with are these really comfy and soft tops from Old Navy. I’ve been liking them for everyday wear and for lighter workout sessions (because these aren’t actually workout tops).
Basically, all-in-all I’m just really in love with these leggings and I absolutely love that they are going to get me through this year with this pregnancy and afterwards into my postpartum.
Some things about PinkBlush that I really love is how affordable all of their clothing is and how large a selection they have! From jeans to dresses and everything in between, PinkBlush has you covered! Head over and check the site out here and be sure to let me know how much you love it!
